Code that someone else can still read and understand two years from now. Documentation, runbooks, tests and reviews are part of development for us.
If you build it, you run it too: Linux, Docker, Grafana stack. You know what your code is doing in production, can trace problems and maintain the system properly — without having to fight fires at night.
You talk to the customer yourself — no layer in between. You understand what is needed, ask questions and take responsibility for the technical implementation.
