01 About the role
- 01You build software that is actually used — and remain responsible for it when it runs in production.
- 02Claude, Codex and other AI tools help you with implementation, analysis and refactoring. You decide what belongs in the system.
- 03You do not have to write every line yourself. But you do have to understand the code you ship.
- 04AI-native means working faster without giving up engineering responsibility.
02 What you do
- 01You understand requirements, ask questions and make technical decisions.
- 02You work extensively with AI tools and use them where they can meaningfully take work off your hands.
- 03You read, test and review the resulting code. If something is not right, you fix it.
- 04You take responsibility for your work — from implementation through to operations.
03 What we need from you
- 01You know your stack and know what you are doing.
- 02We mainly work with Python, TypeScript and Rust. You do not need to know all three, but you should know at least one of them.
- 03You can read, understand and assess code written by others or generated by AI. You can tell when a solution merely works rather than being a good solution.
- 04You can communicate confidently in either German or English and read the other language well.
